1st GOBEYOND Workshop

The 1st GOBEYOND Workshop, titled "Empowering Communities to Respond to Geo and Weather Emergencies", was held on 18–19 March 2025 in Seville, Spain, gathering nearly 100 participants from Europe and the Union for the Mediterranean. Over two engaging days, the event brought together civil protection professionals, researchers, first responders, and policymakers, to discuss innovative tools and strategies for disaster resilience.

The event offered a valuable opportunity to explore live demonstrations of the Multi-Risk Impact-based Early Warning System (MR-IEWS) prototypes, engage in roundtables and technical discussions, and build partnerships between participants through dynamic poster sessions.
