Co-creating disaster resilience in a unique coastal and industrial region
The Setúbal Living Lab was launched to address the challenges of a diverse and dynamic territory—home to natural reserves, a port, industrial zones, and a large resident and tourist population. Through the GOBEYOND project, local stakeholders are working to enhance preparedness and response mechanisms for a wide range of natural hazards.

From 15 to 17 October 2024, Setúbal hosted the 3rd GOBEYOND Plenary Meeting, welcoming project partners and local stakeholders. The gathering included a series of technical and strategic sessions focused on advancing the platform prototype and aligning project tools with local needs.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme for research and innovation under grant agreement No. 101121135.
