Co-Creation Meeting
First Co-creation Meeting 10 January 2024
The Andalucía Living Lab was officially launched on January 10th, 2024. Held with participation from regional civil protection stakeholders, the session marked the beginning of collaborative work to define local needs, identify required data sources, and explore how Argos, HYDS' emergency management platform, can be adapted to the regional context.

The meeting included live presentations, use case discussions, and hands-on exchanges. A key outcome was the formation of an initial requirements list and the outline of an iterative development process that will evolve across the project's phases—from early prototypes to final demonstrations.
