| From October 17th to 19th 2023, the GOBEYOND partners met in Castelldefels, Barcelona for the project’s kick-off meeting, hosted by CRAHI-UPC. It was a great opportunity for partners to get to know each other and discuss about the next steps. |

From April 22nd to 25th 2024, the GOBEYOND consortium gathered in Montpellier, France for an enriching plenary meeting. Over three days of engaging discussions, our partners discussed the course of the project and made significant progress on various fronts. |

Successful completion of the 1st Living Lab |
| | On July 5th, 2024, the GOBEYOND project marked a significant milestone with the organization of its first Living Lab in the Attica region of Greece.
This event, co-organized by the Civil Protection Office of the Region of Attica and DRAXIS Environmental, brought together a diverse group of local stakeholders, with the primary objective to engage them in identifying existing limitations and needs and align the GOBEYOND solutions to meet these needs effectively. |

Our partners from PREDICT Services recently participated in the 10th World Water Forum, held in Bali, Indonesia. They hosted a dedicated session focused on drought and flood risk prevention in the Mediterranean Basin, a critical issue for the region, highlighting GOBEYOND’s work. |

| Our project coordinator, Professor Daniel Sempere-Torres, participated at SICUR 2024, the International Security Exhibition, in Madrid. He joined a round table on "Extreme climate events and natural chapters response," showcasing GOBEYOND's work in developing innovative early warning systems. |
